With Autumn here, the light begins to fade and the air chills, it’s time to take stock, reflect and appreciate what we have … it’s all good. We have recently recorded a new series of meditation recordings for you, fresh from the studios of SBS with our remarkable sound producer Damaris, whose impeccable attention to detail makes anything possible. We look forward to posting them on our Store
for your benefit next month.
Alan and I swooned to the extraordinary sounds of Kirtan great, Dave Stringer
who visited our shores in late March. Kirtan is a folk form of devotional music from India. Ignited, we listened to the music, as we became the music, inciting the crowd to explore being the instrument with ecstatic expressions of clapping, dancing and singing to the rhythms building and accelerating in our bodies and hearts … pure radiance! The point is to move and be moved. When was the last time you truly moved to music you love? Invite yourself to give in, with total abandon and feel your stress melt away. Anton, thank you for this joyous occasion.
Our 4 week Self-Care Meditation Courses have just got bigger. Due to increasing demand for our courses, our June Course
has been forced to move from our beloved venue Vitality and into our new larger home, at the resplendent Carmelite Church, in Middle Park. Thank you to Simon Floreani, Vicky Karamitos and staff for your tireless support; we miss you already!
